Submit Your Student Project
Your sturdent project must be submitted to both WISEflow and entered into the knowledge sharing system UC Knowledge
Only employees and students at the University Colleges in Denmark have access to the knowledge sharing system.
Please note: the receipt you get from UC Knowledge must be submitted in WISEflow .
The receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you have reported (use your student e-mail).
You should only submit one project per group.
The purpose of submitting your project
As data controller, University College Absalon is obligated to inform you that the purpose of the data collection is knowledge sharing.
The legal basis for the collection is part of University College Absalon's exercise of authority, as mandated by the University College Act. The projects are not passed on and are deleted after 5 years.
You may at any time request to have your information deleted.
You may also request University College Absalon to provide access to, correct, or restrict the processing of the collected personal data.
Furthermore, you have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Agency.

Accept the following to submit your student project
You are responsible for investigating copyright regarding the images, graphs, and other materials used in your project.
If in doubt, you should make your project "Confidential".
Regarding confidentiality and copyright

If your project or parts of it are subject to confidentiality, for example, personal data, you must indicate in the form that it is a confidential project.
This will make the submission of the project only accessible to administrative staff members, a librarian, and a system administrator.

When you submnit your project in UC Knowledge, you must choose whether it should be confidential or non-confidential.
If you choose confidential, it will only be accessible to certain employees at University College Absalon.

When you submit your project to UC Knowlede, you retain the copyright to the project.
This means you maintain the right to sell, print, or otherwise distribute the project at any time.
Please note: however, a publisher or a company may refuse to print or produce the project if it has already been made available.

Please note that your project can be downloaded from the internet for private use.
The user of your project must always refer to you as the creator (author).
